Peter, Rick, did I tell you about my big exploration?

 

 

Das ist in meinem Urlaub passiert. Ich hab ein komisches Geräusch gehört. So ein Rauschen.

 

This happened in my big vacation. I had heard a funny noise. Some whoosh.

Da fand ich einen kleinen Bach. Das Geräusch war immer noch da.

 

There I found a little creek. The noise continued.

Ich mußte ihn überqueren. Das rauschende Geräusch kam von oben.

 

I had to cross it. The whooshing noise came from upwards.

Ich mußte aufsteigen. Ihr mögt sagen, das Geräusch war der Bach. Aber nein. Es war etwas anderes, etwas sehr, sehr, sehr Seltsames!

 

I had to climb up. You may say that noise was only the voice of the creek. But it was not. It was something very, very, very strange!

Ich mußte weiter aufsteigen. Koste es, was es wolle.

 

I had to move upwards. At all costs.
