Ich will ein Pferd! / I Want A Horse!

Das ist Kersti, Omas Tochter, also irgendwie Mamis Schwester - äääh, ja. Kersti ist Beverlys und Ruths Schwester. Sie ist ein bißchen mürrisch, wie ZwergNases schon mal sind. Aber hier und jetzt, da sie Leopold reitet, ist sie ganz zufrieden.

 

This is Kersti, Grannys daughter, so somehow mummys sister - ahm, yes. Kersti is Beverly's and Ruth's sister. She is a bit grumpy, as ZwergNases seem to be. But here and now, riding Leopold, she is content.

 

"Mami!!!" schreit sie, "ich brauche ein Pferd! Leopold bleibt hier und ich muß wieder weg! Ich brauche mein eigenes Pferd!!! Mami!!!"

Nun, Kersti, du kriegst dein eigenes Pferd. Black Beauty ist schon auf RoRoPo, aber in unserer Krankenstation. Black Beauty ist derzeit alles andere als schön. Dieses Pferd ist sehr krank und braucht viel Pflege. Sehr viel Pflege. Du brauchst Geduld, Liebes...

 

"Mummy!!!" she cries, "I need a horse! Leopold will stay here and I have to go! I need my own horse!!! Mummy!!!"

Well, Kersti, you will get your own horse. Black Beauty is already here at RoRoPo, but in our hospital wing. Black Beauty now is anything but beautiful. This horse is very invalid and needs much care. Very much care. You need patience, dear...

 

"Ach nöö, mennooo! Immer muß ich lieb und artig sein und geduldig. Ich hab die Nase voll! Wird Black Beauty ganz sicher zu mir kommen und mein eigenes Pferd sein?"

Ja, wird er.

"Dann versuch ich's mit dem geduldig sein... aaach, das dauert sooo laaange..."

 

"Oh no, come on! I must always be nice, easy and patient. I'm sick and tired! Surely Black Beauty will come to me and be my own horse?"

Yes he will.

"Then I will try to be patient... uuuh this takes so long..."
