Ein schöner Tag / O Happy Day

Hier sehen wir Clara, die ihren Ausritt mit Hans genießt.

Here we see Clara with Hans, enjoying a ride.

 

Sie hat das Große Rennen keineswegs vergessen. Nicht alle unsere Rennpferde sind derzeit fit. Black Beauty wird noch lange Zeit in der Pferdeklinik bleiben müssen. Ilka hat Fellprobleme und braucht ebenfalls Fürsorge. Und Mami hat wohl irgendwie die rechte Lust verloren...

 

She has not forgotten about the Big Race. Not all our racing horses are fit enough, Black Beauty still needs a long time in the hospital wing. Ilka has some problems with her skin and also needs  care. And Mummy seems to have lost the spirit a bit...
 

Aber Hans kann immer ein bißchen Training gebrauchen, und so ein Geländeritt hilft ihm, seinen sicheren Tritt zu erhalten.

 

But Hans always can do with a little bit of training, and a fine ride through the fields helps him keeping his sure feet.

Hier in dieser Wildnis benötigt ein Pferd trittsichere Hufe!

 

Here in this wilderness a horse needs sure feet.

Klipp klapp klipp klapp - eine weitere Brücke. Hans meistert sie ohne Zögern. Hier sieht man gar keine Blumen!

 

Clop clop clop - another bridge. Hans masters it without any pause. Here are no flowers to be seen...

Aber nachdem sie diesen kleinen Hügel hinaufgeritten sind, können sie schon mehr Grün sehen und erste Farbtupfer.

 

But having climbed this little hill, they can see more green and first dots of colour.

Na endlich: Gänsdeblümchen auf der Wiese! Der Frühling ist da! Was für ein schöner Tag!

 

And here they are: daisies on a meadow. Spring, at last!!! What a happy day!
